Mr. De Bear, in his lifetime has had a varied and diverse background from his first endeavor into sales as the president of his own marketing company at the age of 19. This company marketed and sold water conditioning on a direct sales basis.
His next endeavor found him as the owner of two successful nightclubs in the San Fernando Valley. It was at this time Peter also earned a license in the cosmetology world. He owned three successful salons in the San Fernando Valley. The Salons and clubs were run simultaneously for a period of seven years.
Peter then ventured into the entertainment world where he was president of his own distribution company. He was also president of Pegasus Productions located at Twentieth century Fox. There he was the driving force for the production of Movies Of The Week, Documentaries, and numerous Commercials.
Peter was then the first to developed the concept of graduation videos for the armed forces. After the last contract ended, Peter decided to secure a Real Estate License.
